Robin
Soliloque Robin (Soliloque Ian x Towne Ayr Thistle) was my first Morgan. She was purchased
by a local dairy farmer as a yearling and I was given the opportunity to train the young horse.
We spent many long, wonderful summers exploring the woods and mountains around our town, entering local
horse shows, and just having a great time together. Our favorite class was the pair class, where
we were joined by Debbie Simmons (now Lukas) and her horse Soliloque Attie. Together, we won
many pair classes, including the one held at the New England Morgan Horse Show (back in the early '80s).
Robin had the most amazing road trot and could easily out trot many horses who cantered
beside her.
